Tower 74 LLC was established in California in January of 2021. Based in Newport Beach and founded by long time concert promoter, venue owner and web developer John Mancuso. Tower 74 booked more than 40 concerts, developed nearly 20 websites and opened a Midwest office in St. Louis, MO in its first year.

In 2021 Tower 74 booked concerts at Tiki Bar in Costa Mesa, CA, The Viper Room in Hollywood, CA, DiPiazza’s in Long Beach, CA and Red Flag in St. Louis, MO. Concerts ranged from local to national acts such as Nick Sefakis (of Iya Terra), Spray Allen (featuring Eric Wilson of Sublime), Josh Heinrichs, Hed pe, Scott Russo & Chris Lewis (of Unwritten Law), Julien-k (featuring members of Orgy), Adema, Tantric, Sensi Trails, Eureka Sound, Kyle Smith, Roots of Mine, The B Foundation, Rebel Shakedown, Run With Hounds, SGV Vibes, Skyler Lutes, The Riddims and many more.
